• The pneumatic laminating machine is equipped with a compact control panel where multiple switches are integrated. The control panel has the functions of operation indication, digital display, mode switching, parameter adjustment and speed regulation, has the advantages of being easy to operate and control, clear in display and convenient to adjust, and greatly improves the working efficiency and effect.
• The power switch and multiple connectors are combined on the back panel, the air pressure gauge, the foot pedal and the power cord can be connected to the laminator easily and effortlessly, the power control over the machine is facilitated, fuses can be stored and replaced conveniently, and the operator can master the parts and performance of the laminating machine quickly and successfully.
• The two emergency stop switches are arranged on the left side and right side of the laminator independently, the operator can press any one of emergency stop switches to stop the machine in emergency according to their habits and actual situations, and the safety of operators and machine can be effectively protected
• There are two placement positions for the film stripping rod. The film stripping rod can be placed at the low position when it is used, and placed at the high position when it is idle. The film stripping rod can be taken and stored conveniently and easily, the structure is simple, and time and labor are saved.
• The novel dual-function foot pedal is adopted for the laminating machine and has the functions of controlling the silicone roller to move up and down and the machine to run, thereby greatly reducing the operating complexity, liberating double hands of the operator and well assisting the operator in laminating the drawings.
